Everything you need to know about ordering from Petale

Your set ships within 1–3 weeks. Every set is checked by hand before it goes out.

We deliver within the UAE only for now. Once your order is packed, delivery usually takes 2–5 business days, and it is free on every order.

We offer Small, Medium, Large, and for some designs X-Large and XX-Large. Each product page includes a detailed size guide with height/weight ranges and measurements.

All our loungewear is made from 100% natural cotton. Soft, breathable, and gentle on your skin.

For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns or exchanges on sleepwear unless the item arrives defective. Please check the size guide carefully before ordering.

Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle. Hang dry or tumble dry low. Avoid bleach. Iron on low heat if needed.
